Once an original painting has been purchased from our shop there will be no prints made of that product.  By purchasing you create an agreement with us that no duplication of the painting will be created by the buyer or studio. Similar products may appear with variations in color and style. 

The buyer is not allowed to duplicate any digital options of the pieces that they buy without a licensing agreement between both parties.

Commission offers will be detailed through emails between Emily Marie Studio and buyers with deposits paid at time of services rendered. The remaining balance will be paid in full before shipping of custom work. 

Email subscribers will have early access to new releases on date specified. Any and all pre-sales will be done at the discretion of Emily Marie.
